I have built the basic recipe but have added dry figs (simmered in h2o for twenty mins to melt after which blitzed in food items processor) and honey to the mix just in advance of Placing in the icecream maker. Came out fantastic. About to try a passionfruit 1 up coming.My son in law's favored is tart frozen cherries and just enough from the juice
